The key administrators of Malate Catholic School convened in a three-day Strategic Planning Workshop last April 11-13, 2016 to map out the direction of the school for the next four years. Bringing with her over 30 years of management experience, Dr. Wynna Medina, RCAM ES Cluster 8 schools planning consultant, led the group to envision the near future of Malate Catholic School using a systematic planning framework. With five key result areas (KRAs), the institution is expected to propel into the year 2020, creating the framework for how the school can be better.

The school’s SY 2016-2020 Strategic Plan includes five key result areas in its commitment to contribute to the evolving landscape of EDUCATION in the country.

  • leadership-human resource development and systems effectiveness
  • integral formation
  • financial sustainability
  • safety and security
  • spirituality and social responsibility

Although the planning has not been completed in three days—the key leaders will lead the cascade of the institutional plan to each department and area for further enrichment. The plan will be presented to the Board of Trustees of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila Educational System for approval during the year-beginning meeting school year 2016-2017.
